Circulation coordinator, Jacque McGinness, has been with the Association for 23 years. From paging the publications to taking subscription requests and sending out renewal notices and magazines, she helps oversee each issue from start to finish.
Jacque grew up in northwest Missouri on a row crop farm working with commercial cows and pigs in her youngers years and spending her high school days as a member of the FFA. After receiving a degree from Missouri Western State University, she began her career with the American Angus Association as a part-time editorial proofreader of the Angus Journal before shifting to the advertising department.
In her current role, Jacque says she loves the variety of the work and the people involved. She enjoys having a tangible finished product at the end of each month – a magazine she can hold in her hands and knowing she had a part in getting that product to subscribers.
