Coming from a background in the Business Breed, Angus Journal assistant editor, Megan Silveira, knew she wanted to work for the American Angus Association following a summer Angus Media internship.
Megan joined the team in March 2020 and says she has enjoyed the opportunity to connect with breeders across the country and to share their story with other members of the industry.
After graduating with her master’s degree in agricultural communications from Oklahoma State University in May 2021, Megan will join the Angus family in Missouri full-time and continue to work on promoting the registered Angus cattle she has loved since she was just 9 years old.
